Jackie has been professional and courteous dealing with us, and what I imagined were sometimes frustrating request to change dates/times until we managed to find a pattern that fit well around our lives. From the conversation we've had with the few different cleaners over the years, she's pleasant to work with and I think the lack/limited turn over in people shows that as well.
