Our regular domestic cleaning service not only gives you a professional clean at a day and time to suit you, we also send the same cleaner each week to give you peace of mind and to ensure your desired routine is clearly established. Wherever possible, our cleaner will arrive 10 minutes early for the first clean so there is time to go through your schedule and your local Well Polished manager will call straight afterwards to check how everything went.
If for any reason there were any concerns at all after your first clean, your manager will endeavour to address these issues as soon as they are brought to their attention. With contracts starting from two hours per week (and going up to as many as you like), no matter how many hours you have, we will ensure your individual home cleaning needs are met. You can rest assured that our professional cleaning services will give you some time back for yourself.

You may choose to begin your regular domestic cleaning contract with an initial deep clean to get you started – and here we can get right down to the nitty gritty! Our fortnightly domestic cleaning service offers the same fantastic service as weekly, but offers the flexibility of bi-weekly cleans. Here at Well Polished, we understand that for some people, having a cleaner in the home every week isn’t ideal – whether it not be financially viable, or that you simply prefer to have less frequent cleans… so our fortnightly service acts as the perfect alternative.
Pressed and put away the same day

Not only is it the same price as our cleaning services, and in most cases can be completed by your regular cleaner, but it’s all done in your home which means your clothes are pressed and put away the same day. There’s no need to panic about when your fresh ironing will be returned to you, or if any items will have gone missing – you can relax knowing that your favourite outfit is hanging in the wardrobe ready.

“We had two cleaners through the half year. We had a clean of the house every 2 weeks. The first cleaner always left early (we paid for service monthly and then for 2 hours to the cleaner) she would be out of the house within 1hour 30min and would complain that there was a cussion on the floor or few toys on the floor. We send to the company a proof (ring camera) so then they changed our cleaner. Second one was basically hoovering and mopping the floor and wiping the TV stand, but most of the jobs looked like half done, bathroom sink clean but splash back not clean, bath clean but not shower , window sales not dusted and so on. It didn't feel like those people like what they do or they care about their job that's why it's not done well. Two hours are plenty to hoover and dust 3bedroom house.”
