The same professional cleaner at a day and time to suit you
Our regular domestic cleaning service not only gives you a professional clean at a day and time to suit you, we also send the same cleaner each week to give you peace of mind and to ensure your desired routine is clearly established. Wherever possible, our cleaner will arrive 10 minutes early for the first clean so there is time to go through your schedule and your local Well Polished manager will call straight afterwards to check how everything went.
If for any reason there were any concerns at all after your first clean, your manager will endeavour to address these issues as soon as they are brought to their attention. With contracts starting from two hours per week (and going up to as many as you like), no matter how many hours you have, we will ensure your individual home cleaning needs are met. You can rest assured that our professional cleaning services will give you some time back for yourself.

You may choose to begin your regular domestic cleaning contract with an initial deep clean to get you started – and here we can get right down to the nitty gritty! Our fortnightly domestic cleaning service offers the same fantastic service as weekly, but offers the flexibility of bi-weekly cleans. Here at Well Polished, we understand that for some people, having a cleaner in the home every week isn’t ideal – whether it not be financially viable, or that you simply prefer to have less frequent cleans… so our fortnightly service acts as the perfect alternative.
Pressed and put away the same day
Another chore that nobody looks forward to is ironing, so why not take advantage of our home ironing service? Not only is it the same price as our cleaning services, and in most cases can be completed by your regular cleaner, but it’s all done in your home which means your clothes are pressed and put away the same day. There’s no need to panic about when your fresh ironing will be returned to you, or if any items will have gone missing – you can relax knowing that your favourite outfit is hanging in the wardrobe ready.

“After reading the other reviews my wife queried paying the “agent” money up front given the issues around attending jobs that had been booked. We were told that there were “two sides to every story.” We had the first clean and they were late but they did a good job and were nice girls so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. The next clean came - the agent couldn’t remember who did the last clean - we ended up having two different cleaners and they were late. The third clean they never turned up. You have to pay a booking fee up front, DO NOT PAY THIS FEE, we are still owed half our booking fee back. All you want from cleaners is for them to be reliable. Clearly there is something preventing reliable bookings so I would avoid using this company.”
“We used Well Polished Epsom to clean for my housebound sister in law. Sasha turned up every Monday morning, cleaned, did the laundry and unpacked the online shopping which we arranged to be delivered whilst Sasha was there. Sasha was friendly and built a fantastic relationship with my sister in law. She would often pop in on other days to check that Liz was okay or take her a treat to encourage her to eat. Sasha went above and beyond and we only cancelled the service because Liz had to go into a nursing home. Simon, the owner, was always professional in his dealings with me. Without the help of Well Polished my sister in law would not have been able to stay in her beloved flat for as long as she did. Thank you! Highly recommended”
“Dissapointed with this cleaning company, as cleaners do not show up or give very little notice that they are not able to do clean. Cleaner arranged to call on Monday, but did not show up and no call from office either. I then get a message late evening on what's app that she had been ill. I had not given her details to contact me this way. A phone call would suffice to me and office. I also had a cleaner who did not do full amount of hours, so still waiting for money to be reimbursed to me. I also add that I have a mobility problem, so rely on a cleaner to help me. I have self isolated for a few months, but now find that I have not been able to have confidence in the cleaners who are not reliable unfortunately.”
“I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. As one of the other review it is definitely true that their cleaners many times does not arrive and cleaning gets cancelled many time with very short notice. Now the biggest issue is the quality of cleaners. A week ago a cleaner came to my house for cleaning. I was busy working from home so did not get chance to look out properly on her work . Now she suddenly comes to me and says that she can’t hover because the hover is not working. But then believe me the next day I could operate the hover as is. Now then the lady wiped the floor with something I still need to find out what... but that left my entire downstairs wooden floors sticky as if she wiped the floor with some glue or something . Also she conveniently just put the bucket full of dirty water in my kitchen.... when I complained of this to the owners instead of taking any immediate action they went on to blame us that we did not had proper cleaning equipments..... then the owner of this company mentioned that he would send another cleaner next Saturday ... and we waited and waited and waited and no one arrived and then after almost an hour and half of waiting on a Saturday afternoon we started the cleaning ourselves .... it took us three moping of the floor with clean water to get the stickiness out of floors.... Completely irresponsible and very poor quality cleaning and actually can also damage your property. This was my experience with Well Polished.... and I have stopped taking cleaners from these guys and I would never recommend this cleaner to anyone.”
“Definitely don't recommend. They will always notify you on the morning of the clean that the cleaner cannot come when they know in advance that the cleaner had no intention of turning up anyway. And of course they would have taken a deposit before hand. Will not be using them again.”
