Since January 2018, we have taken on a whopping 78 new clients at Well Polished Tunbridge Wells! This rapid growth has brought with it the need for more cleaners on the team and has also created a new role, for which we’ve recently been recruiting.
A ‘cleaner supervisor’ becomes vital as the business continues to expand and it was important that we chose the perfect candidate for the role.
Reliability. Trustworthiness. Work ethic. Ambition. Enthusiasm. An eye for detail.
These are all the things we were looking for within our ideal supervisor, and as many of these traits cannot be gleaned from a CV, it was always our intention to promote internally.
In the end, the role was given to one of our self-employed cleaners: Marketa.
Marketa has been working with Well Polished for nearly a year now and her client feedback has always been fantastic. Her eagerness to please and her commitment to her clients and to the agency itself has always been something noticeable and impressive. It was these qualities that made her our first choice!
As the role is fairly new to us as well as her, it will take some time to get Marketa fully settled in and independently handling the responsibilities. However, we are confident that this new arrangement will allow us to provide a better service to our clients and create a better working relationship with our team of cleaners.
