I don’t know about you, but so far so good on the whole “New Year New Me!” front! However, there is one thing we’re all missing here… ICE CREAM.
So as you can imagine, we were pleased to hear that today, February 6th, marks National Frozen Yoghurt Day!
Frozen yogurt was first developed 1970 in the United States as a soft-serve treat produced by H.P Hood called Frogurt. Its popularity grew in the 80s, mostly due to frozen yogurts “health food” status. Nowadays, there is a fro-yo store in almost every town and city, with a wide range of flavours and fruity toppings.
Frozen Yoghurt is full of good bacteria to help look after your gut and aid digestion and includes around 15 known vitamins and minerals! So what are you waiting for? Treat yourself this FroYo day!
