Here at Well Polished, we follow a rigorous recruitment process with all our cleaners including:

  • In-depth application through job sites including applicant questions such as ‘why do you believe you are a good candidate to represent our company’
  • Initial phone screening to create a short list of suitable candidates
  • Thorough application form through our bespoke management system
  • Full interview (either by phone or face to face) that can take up to half an hour
  • Face to Face ID check utilising our ‘right to work’ app that confirms the candidates right to work in the UK and uses bespoke facial recognition software to confirm their identity
  • We ask each applicant for 2 year’s worth of references which we thoroughly check before assigning any work to any candidate

For those who complete all these stages with flying colours, they then become a registered Well Polished cleaner. And realistically, you can be rest assured that if they’ve passed all of the above – THEY ROCK.
