With many of us now spending more time at home, it’s important to keep up good home hygiene habits to stay healthy
Focus on the high traffic areas that enable germs to spread around the home. These include frequent touch areas such as:
* Door handles, light switches & bannisters
* Appliance handles such as the kettle, the fridge, the dials on
the microwave & oven
* TV remotes
* Shared computer equipment such as keyboards
* Toilet & tap handles
* Food prep areas & bathroom surfaces
And remember…..wash your hands! Using warm, soapy water will help cut down the risk of spreading the virus within the home.
