Call Centre Partnership

We recently made an exciting new partnership with ‘On Hold’ call answering service, in order to improve the package we offer our franchisees.

We all know that sometimes life gets in the way of being able to answer your phone, but client contact is of the utmost importance to our business model. Therefore, having a call centre as ‘back up’ for your calls is a huge benefit.

But ‘on hold’ aren’t just a call centre, they’ve actually been fully trained by us here at head office and understand the Well Polished business model as well as our franchisees!

Offering this service for 3 months fully funded as part of our package means that our newbies have the back up and support they need during this initial learning curve, whilst they build their confidence!
