We are delighted to announce that Well Polished will be attending the 2018 Best Franchise Conference & Awards on December 4th at the Leicester Marriot. We are very much looking forward to attending and listening to the excellent speakers that will also be present. These include

We would also like to announce that we have been nominated for the Best Franchise of 2018 Award. This is primarily due to the fact that we received a 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction rating from Smith & Henderson.
CEO of the awards organisers Steven Frost had the following to say in regards to our rating:
“We are delighted to award 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction to Well Polished. What makes this award so special is it’s based on positive feedback from their franchisees. We asked these to complete a confidential survey about their franchise ownership experience and overall, Well Polished was rated better than the franchise industry average across all five of the key areas we measure, including franchisee relations and training and support. Whilst nothing guarantees that a particular franchise is a good fit for you or you will be successful, franchisors like Well Polished that have recently been awarded 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction status are a good place to start.”
We received this rating due to an overall franchisee satisfaction rating of 91% from a survey of 41 participants.
Our best satisfaction dimension was our Leadership score, to which survey participants reported a 98% satisfaction rate. Both Vision and Confidence received a 100% satisfaction rating, with the rest of the categories in this dimension scoring 95% or above.
In terms of Culture and Relationships, 100% of the franchisees surveyed answered that they felt head office shared their goals and 98% said that they felt they were well respected. Specifically, on the statement “my franchisor understands that if I am successful, they will be successful” every franchisee surveyed either Agreed or Strongly Agreed, with the overwhelming majority of 71% answering Strongly Agree.
Well Polished is also well over the industry average in every area, with Initial Training and Support at 96%, compared to an average of 19%. Products and Services received 93% satisfaction compared to 6% average. Moreover, we received a 98% satisfaction rate for going the extra mile, while the industry average sits at just 1%.

We could not be happier with our result and we will continue to provide excellent service to our franchisees and improve in any area we can.
