Bespoke Management System

On the 1st of this month, we finally launched our much anticipated management system to our franchisees.

WP Manager has always ‘existed’ and when it was originally launched 10 years ago, it was a pretty impressive system! However, as time went on and technology advanced, the system began to feel old, tired and sluggish. The decision was made to have a complete overhaul and create a new, more interactive system, that would assist our franchisees in running the business.

This decision was made back at the start of 2017, and thus began a much longer journey than was originally anticipated!

18 months later, we headed out on the road to visit our franchisees up and down the Country to ensure they were fully trained up on the new system.

As with any system launch, there have been plenty of road bumps and ‘bugs’ (we’re all very au fait with programming lingo now!) but there is still the overwhelming excitement that the new system is finally live!

The patience our wonderful franchisees have shown has been wonderful and their messages of support and encouragement have helped power us through the long nights and longer weekends!

We predict that by the end of the month, the system will not only be fully stable and operational, but will also prove that the hard work was worth it when performance across the territories improves as a result!
