Here at Well Polished, we don’t stop caring about our franchisee’s success once they’ve left training. And when you buy a Well Polished franchise, you can expect heaps of support from head office – continuing well after the initial few months.
Part of this ongoing support we offer is the ‘3 months reviews’ or ‘day 4 training’.
This week saw SIX of this year’s newbies attending and we have to say – it was a huge success!
With a morning of further training focusing on how we can accelerate growth in our franchises and offer a better service to both clients and cleaners, the team were all feeling pretty motivated to take their businesses to the next level! The afternoon saw franchisees having their individual reviews with one of the company directors – the purpose of which was to review conversion and retention rates and give each person a chance to discuss one on one any issues or challenges they’ve faced – and tell us how we can help! Whilst each review took place, the remaining franchisees spent the time practicing blogging on the website and scheduling their social media activity for the week – both of which are key methods in increasing brand awareness and hopefully improving their enquiry levels.
When it came to leaving the office, everyone was happy, animated, confident and feeling reinvigorated to push their franchise even further and further.
We believe that this level of support is what sets Well Polished apart from other management franchises. We care about our franchisee’s success just as much as they do… which is probably why they’re all doing so well!
