Quarter 2 Cleaner Awards!

It’s hard to believe we’re halfway through 2017 and the end of quarter 2 means it’s time to give out some more awards to our fantastic cleaners.  Here at Well Polished Chester, we truly believe that our amazing team deserve more than just their hourly rate… they deserve regular recognition for the brilliant service they provide to all our clients.

The first award to announce is the big one. The attendance award. We all know how important it is to give our clients consistency and reliability – and this quarter’s winner has had 100% attendance throughout the whole quarter. Her clients all love her, and we don’t know what we’d do without her! Well done to Jill Mason!  We hope she enjoys her night’s stay in a hotel of her choice!
Second up, we have our customer feedback award. And with our winner recently receiving the following feedback from one of her clients: ‘I really like her. She is very friendly & very hard working! Whatever you ask of her, she will happily do it with a smile. Thank you so much for sending her to me!’… it’s no surprise that she’s won really!
Congratulations to Carly Mills – we hope she and her partner enjoy their 3 course meal with wine as a token of our gratitude.

This quarter’s helpful cleaner award goes to an absolute star. She works over 40 hours a week for Well Polished – whilst ALSO holding down another job and raising her lovely daughter single handedly! She always tries to help with cover cleans when she can, and all her clients love her.

We have a special holiday hamper as a gift ahead of her holiday later in the year, which we will deliver this month!

And with all the hard work and the growth we’ve had this quarter, we’ve had no choice but to add two extra awards!

First up, we have our newcomer of the quarter award. The winner is currently cleaning for 7 clients and she’s only been with us for 2 months. Her feedback is always positive, she never has a problem (and if she does, she sorts it herself!) and we’re so pleased to have her on our team. Well done to Sue Powell – Hope she enjoys her indulgent pamper day!

Last but certainly not least is our second new award… and is actually named after this quarter’s winner. There’s a big difference between regular weekly cleaning and deep cleaning / end of tenancy cleaning. The E.O.T cleans are TOUGH work and we’ve only got one attempt to do a good job… so it’s fantastic that we’ve got our very own ‘Deep Clean Queen’ to win the ‘Deep Clean Queen’ award!

We’ve organised a ‘time together’ gift for her and her boyfriend where they can pick from a LONG list of activities including spa breaks, hotel stays etc!
As always, there’s a couple of runners up that deserve a mention as well (and a bottle of fizz)…

To Vanessa Fernandez:
For continually keeping her clients happy and providing a high standard of work on every visit!
To Tammy Stevenson:
For never getting in touch! Haha She manages her own clients brilliantly & keeps everyone happy.
To Clare Humphries:
For being one of the longest standing members of our team- she’s still as good as the day she joined!
