July, August and September have been fantastic months for Well Polished Chester – with over 5 new members joining the team and over 35 new clients signing up for our 5* cleaning services! The average attendance throughout the team was 97% with only one or two members falling below 95%. We’ve had some brilliant feedback and many of you have been wonderfully helpful with cover cleans. But there can only be one… WELL, FOUR winners….
Attendance & Feedback Award:
With a 100% attendance rate across ALL three month’s of this quarter (and of last quarter), our attendance award HAD to go to the lovely Tammy Stevenson.
And with 5 separate 5 star online reviews from clients, and an abundance of direct emails to Janine expressing how much they love her – the feedback award is deservedly going to Gillian Evans!
Thank you for all your fantastic hard work ladies – we hope you enjoy your pamper experiences!
Helpful & Newcomer Award:
The newcomer and the helpful award are both going to the same person this quarter. Since joining the team at the start of August, this lady has powered through over 200 hours of cleaning. Her clients have nothing but the highest praise for her. And she showed her unquestionable value to the team by assisting in a supervisory role when Janine was away.
Thank you for all your help Bethan Williams – enjoy the ‘one night escape’ hotel stay at a venue of your choosing!
This award is a new addition for this quarter and is actually a really important one. Awarded to a cleaner who never has any issues, always organises her own holiday cover arrangements, keeps Janine and the team in the loop about any changes with her timetable / her clients, and never complains – the way she handles her work is something to be admired and rewarded.
Well done Amy Pritchard, please don’t ever change (!!!) and enjoy your 3 course meal + wine for two people!
